William Rupp brings more than four decades of litigation experience to his clients, primarily in the practice of governmental law. Towns and boroughs across New Jersey have turned to William for legal advice, and he has served as the municipal attorney for Englewood, Maywood, Rochelle Park, and Teaneck. William has also acted as attorney for the Teaneck Redevelopment Agency, Leonia and Park Ridge Board of Adjustment, and Park Ridge Planning Board. In addition, he has served as a trustee of the Teaneck Senior Citizens Housing Association and the Maywood Senior Citizen Housing Corporation, where he currently serves as its counsel.

William is experienced in all aspects of municipal and employment law. On the real estate side, his areas of expertise include eminent domain, zoning and land use, tax appeals, redevelopment, and special improvement districts.

​In addition, William provides counsel on issues related to labor law, including negotiations, public employment law, disciplinary hearings, antidiscrimination law, contract negotiation, civil rights violations, unfair labor practices, and the Conscientious Employee Protection Act.

​William has served both his country and his community. A veteran, he is a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars. He is also a longtime Rotarian, a Past District Governor, past Rotarian of the Year and Gift of Life Humanitarian Award recipient. He is an ordained elder and deacon in the Reformed Church of America and teaches Junior/Senior High School Christian Education.
