Meet William

William Rupp, of counsel, has more than four decades of experience as a litigator. During this time, William has concentrated on governmental law.

Towns and boroughs across New Jersey have turned to William for legal advice, including Englewood, Maywood, Rochelle Park and Teaneck. William has also acted as attorney for the Teaneck Redevelopment Agency, Leonia and Park Ridge Board of Adjustment, and Park Ridge Planning Board.

William is experienced in all aspects of municipal and employment law. On the real estate side, his specialties include eminent domain, zoning and land use, tax appeals, redevelopment and special improvement districts.

He is also experienced in many aspects of labor law, which include negotiations, public employment law, disciplinary hearings, antidiscrimination law, contract negotiation, civil rights violations, unfair labor practices and the Conscientious Employee Protection Act.

William has served both his country and his community. A veteran, he is a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars. William is also a longtime Rotarian, a Past District Governor, past Rotarian of the Year and Gift of Life Humanitarian Award recipient. He is an ordained elder and deacon in the Reformed Church of America and teaches bible study.
