Stephen M. Gengaro, Esq.

Stephen’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, bankruptcy, employment law, and government representation. He works on a team that represents corporate entities and municipalities in a range of disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Stephen served as a law clerk to the Honorable Bruce D. Buechler in the Superior Court of New Jersey, where he drafted opinions and conducted legal research in areas of tort law, contract law, and property law. Stephen also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable John K. Sherwood in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey as well as the Honorable Robert H. Gardner in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
